To support the development of the future automotive refinish workforce and help body shops meet evolving customer and industry requirements, Surventis is partnering with WorldSkills International as a Global Industry Partner and Silver Partner of the 48th WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai, China. Through its premium automotive refinish brand Glasurit, the company contributes training capabilities, technical know-how and industry knowledge to help young professionals prepare for successful careers in automotive refinishing.
Leading up to the Competition, Surventis provides finalists and WorldSkills Experts with training opportunities through its global network of Refinish Competence Centers, digital learning modules and Refinity webinars. Refinity is Surventis’ cloud-based digital ecosystem for body shops, offering solutions for color management, training, business management and process optimization. These programs help participants further develop skills in color management, application processes, productivity and sustainable repair practices.
In the lead-up to the 48th WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai, China, taking place from 22 to 27 September 2026, participants in more than 20 countries train on Glasurit 100 Line, the state-of-the-art waterborne coating system from Glasurit. Guided by digital learning tools and expert-led, hands-on programs, they gain experience in efficient and sustainable repair processes. Industry partners, including SATA and 3M, round out the preparation program with complementary technologies and industry insights.
